Calendar of Club Events
Our annual calendar of monthly dinner events honor the service and sacrifice of military veterans of British, British Commonwealth, American and allied Services. Some of these events are open to family members, guests and potential candidates for membership in BUSC.

Annual General Meeting
January
At this meeting, the President, The Honorary Secretary, the Honorary Treasurer, and Jr. ROTC Chairman give reports of the previous year. Names for the new years' Club officers are proposed and voted upon.

President's Inaugural Dinner
February
Introduction of the new Club President and the Executive Committee to the members. Acknowledgment of the work performed by the immediate past President and his committee.

Junior ROTC Night
March
Dinner honoring the winning Junior ROTC High School.
Dinner guests are the cadet commanders of the winning school and their instructors, and the cadet commanders and instructors of the second and third place schools.

Vice President's Night
April
On this night, the Vice President chairs the evening by hosting and acknowledging past Vice Presidents of the Club.

Ladies Night
May
Tradionally, a night to which the ladies were invited to the mess. As the club has since 1988 had lady members, this night now is reserved for the introduction of spouses to the mess and its traditions.

Army Night
June
Traditionally a night at which members of the armies of Great Britain, the United States and other allied countries are honored.

Past Presidents Night
July
On this night, Past Presidents of the Club are honored and remembered for their leadership over the past years since BUSC's inception.

August (Dark Month)- No events scheduled
Air Force Night
September
Air Force Night honors members of the Royal Air Forces of Great Britain and the Commonwealth and aviation members of the United States Armed Services.

Navy Night
October
On this evening, we honor members of the Royal Navy and all other allied Navies, including members of the Merchant Navy who are put in harms way.

Commonwealth Night
November
All members are urged to attend and bring guests to make this an outstanding event.

Christmas Dinner
December
On this evening the Club hosts its family members at a turkey dinner and offers entertainment which includes the traditional singing of Christmas carols and songs.

Annual General Meeting

At this meeting, the President, The Honorary Secretary, the Honorary Treasurer, and Jr. ROTC Chairman will give reports for the previous year. Names for new officers will be proposed and voted upon for the new year.
